Tanner's passion for senior care began with a simple act of kindness - visiting an elderly woman from his church. What started as routine visits quickly grew into a meaningful friendship that drew in others from his community: friends, church leaders, and family members. Through that experience Tanner witnessed firsthand the life-changing power of connection and compassion, and it sparked a lifelong commitment to serving older adults.
Tanner brings years of hands-on experience as an Executive Director in the nursing home industry. His deep understanding of the aging care system, combined with his personal mission to serve, makes him a trusted guide for families navigating senior living decisions.
Aly Johns

Aly's passion for healthcare started from the patient's side of the bed. As a teenager facing a medical crisis, she experienced firsthand the profound impact that compassionate, skilled care can have. Inspired by the nurses who supported her during that time, she went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Nursing, building a career rooted in care and service.
For years, Aly worked on the front lines of emergency medicine, helping patients and families navigate some of life's most stressful, unexpected moments. That experience taught her how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly in a crisis, and advocate fiercely for those in need.
Aly brings both her clinical knowledge and compassionate heart to every family she supports. Whether you're planning ahead or facing urgent decisions, Aly is here to guide you with the empathy, clarity, and the professionalism only a nurse can offer.
